Dynamic Cooking Systems (DCS) is a major player and manufacturer in the commercial equipment industry. Dynamic cooking systems Inc., is currently headquartered in Huntington Beach, California. They’re well known for their high-end BBQ grills as well as kitchen cooktops.
History of Dynamic Cooking Systems
DCS was originally founded in the year 1989. However, they were purchased in 2004 by Fisher & Paykel which is an Australian-based company. As a result of the name that DCS made for itself in the market, Fisher and Paykel continued to manufacture products under the Dynamic Cooking Systems brand. They also continued to operate out of the original factory location in Huntington Beach, California.

Currently, DCS has two product lines that consist of indoor and outdoor. Their indoor products include ranges, conventional ovens, cooktops, warming drawers, microwave ovens as well as a plethora of other kitchen products. Their outdoor product line consists of BBQ grills, barbeque utensils, professional BBQ equipment, outdoor refrigerators, and outdoor appliances.
